The scooter does not drive and will not go into gear, has a flat front tire, and does not come with a charger. Specifications Model: T3-001-001-B Weight: 390 lbs Length: 40 inches Width: 54 inches Height: 59 inches Key Features Two hot swap battery packs that hold charge. Lights and horn are functional. Unit does not have reverse function. Condition & Markings This lot is in salvage condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. This item contains hazardous material. The bidder will comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased.
