Tree is 24" in diameter and 42" tall. Lights have not been verified to be functional. See photos. Prospective bidders are welcome to schedule an appointment to inspect the item. ------------------------------------------------------------ Pick-Up Procedures Pick-up cannot be made until the City receives payment from Public Surplus. To emphasize, the soonest you can pick up this item is October 23rd. If you pay by October 19th, your pick-up window is from October 23rd to November 13th. Delaying payment will delay your pick-up window. Pick-up Instructions: You must bring personal identification, such as a Driver's License, to the pick-up location, or the auction item(s) will not be released to you. Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing, and transporting all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. The Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Pick-up is available by appointment only.
