The cart frames are in good condition, but some of the rolls that rest on them may need replacing from bending over time. Operational, mechanical and cosmetic conditions may exist and are unknown. May have visible wear and tear on all items. Parts may be missing and or inoperable. -2 each: Tarp Carts Total Items in Auction: 2 Property AS IS WHERE IS.
