Overview This lot contains (20) teleconference system audio-visual monitors (DX80). The equipment is classified in used condition. The systems are past their life expectancy/replacement date and may require repairs or have missing components. Key Features Computerized teleconference systems designed for real-time audio-visual communication between multiple parties. Systems support document manipulation, video mail, and facsimile capabilities. Equipment may include cameras, integrated monitors, control systems, multipoint control units, ISDN gateways, video communication servers, microphones, remote controls, IP video conference recorders, speakers, digital computers, and podiums. Systems may be designed for mobile operation. Equipment supports medical virtual care conferences, telephone-video conferences, and security communication interfaces. Systems may include door release mechanism functionality. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The equipment is past its life expectancy and replacement date. All known deficiencies have been listed, but other deficiencies and repairs may be required. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Packing materials for shipping and handling are not available. Property requiring more than one individual to load should be augmented by additional pick-up labor.
