Overview This lot consists of teleconferencing video equipment. The equipment is contained in approximately 5-boxes with similar items. The lot includes multiple video conferencing components, digital media distribution equipment, video scalers, and associated cables and accessories. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Equipment is stored in cardboard boxes showing wear and damage. Some items show signs of previous use and handling. Visible inventory markings and tags on storage containers. Some equipment appears to have exposed internal components or missing covers. Cables and accessories are loosely packed in boxes. Overall dimensions of the lot are approximately 40" x 48" x 48" with a total weight of 600 lbs. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Pick up hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-3PM except for state holidays. If using a third party, the BOL must be sent to the seller and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
