Honestly, I don't know much about the burnisher. It was at an elementary school for over 6 years until it was removed. Whether it was working or not at that time, I can't say. Nothing appears to be missing, drive block and pad holder are still with it, all battery cables and wiring still there. It could need new batteries or maybe something is wrong in the wiring.
