The unit was powered on as shown in the images but not driven. The scrubber was not charged and other functions were not operated. There is some fluid in the supply reservoir which may be cleaning fluid. There may be parts missing and damage present. Full functionality is not known. In person inspection is required for additional information. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
