The 50 L Thermo Scientific™ HyPerforma™ Single-Use Bioreactor (S.U.B.), jacketed, 240VAC, AC motor, w/o load cell, is designed using traditional stainless steel bioreactor principles to ensure optimal cell culture performance. The S.U.B. is a fully functional bioreactor vessel including single-use sterile contact surfaces for mixing, venting, sparging and temperature sensing. Features • Unique proprietary mixing system that enables conventional overhead mixing while maintaining sterility and integrity of the S.U.B. BioProcess Container (BPC). • Minimized vessel footprint and reduced hold-up volumes. • Bioreactor vessel is offered with electrical heating blanket or water jacket (vessel sides and bottom) for integration with external temperature control unit.
