The cabinet has been marked in fair condition due to minimal signs of prior use and wear, along with a known issue involving the locking mechanism. Condition: The cabinet is structurally sound and shows minimal signs of prior use and wear. Cosmetic wear is limited to minor scratches, scuffs, and other signs of handling consistent with normal office use. The locking mechanism has a known operational issue: closing the top drawer causes the lock on the bottom file drawer to engage. The middle drawer operates normally. The bottom file drawer operates normally when the top drawer is left open.
