Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Due to security issues at the property location, successful bidders are required to contact the custodian for an appointment prior to entering the facility one hour before to remove property. Bidders are not permitted to use security phones and must communicate with the custodians in advance to make arrangements for removal and have a cell phone with them to contact them once they arrive at the secured location. Successful bidders are responsible for loading, packing and removal of all property from the exact place where the property is located. The condition of the property is not warranted.
