HAZARDOUS MATERIALS STATEMENT: Purchaser must complete and sign the Hazardous Materials Form located in the Documents section of this offering and submit it to the Sales Contracting Officer. The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental, safety, transportation, and disposal laws and regulations. Award of property will not be made until the required form has been received . Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
