Up for auction is one (1) Toro Groundsmaster 4700-D rough terrain rotary mower. This unit was previously used for athletic field maintenance at Capt. Slade Cutter Athletic Park and SP Golf Course. Make/Model: Toro Groundsmaster 4700-D Hour Meter: 4,850.7 Hours Fuel Type: Diesel (Yanmar 4-Cylinder Turbo) Current Condition: NON-RUNNING / REQUIRES REPAIR This unit is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. It is currently in a non-running state. Mechanical Status: Has not ran in years, will not start, Have not had mechanic inspect so no other info known Traction/Hydraulics: Hydraulic condition unknown due to inability to run Cosmetic/Body: Shows expected wear, surface rust, and tear consistent with heavy commercial use. Removal & Logistics Requirements (CRITICAL): No Loading Assistance: The buyer is 100% responsible for all rigging, loading, and transportation. There is no loading dock, and site staff will not assist with loading. Winch Required: Because the unit does not run, buyers MUST bring a heavy-duty winch and appropriate flatbed trailer to pull the unit onto their transport vehicle.
