Starts, runs, can operate but has track issue ***HAS LEFT-SIDE TRACK GEAR ISSUES. POSSIBLE BAD BEARINGS. DRIVE PULLEY WALKS ITSELF OFF OF SHAFT, THROWS LEFT TRACK OFF.*** AS UNIT SITS IT CAN MOVE A SHORT DISTANCE AND LOAD AND LOAD NOTE: City of Mobile will no longer answer questions about items on auction by phone. All questions shall be sent in writing to purchasing@cityofmobile.gov and we will give an emailed response. The City will answer no questions within 12 hours of the close of an auction on an item. The City reserves the right to not allow the removal of an item if the City deems that the Buyer or Transporter has unsafe loading practice, insufficient resources to load or unsafe equipment that may cause an accident causing injury or damage to City property during loading and removal.
