Condition: POOR Toro Reel Mower- Unit has been sitting and is missing parts such as the reels and rollers etc. Unit is non-operational. Unit Sold As is Where is. Please contact Auctions@Cityofsanmateo.org to schedule an inspection. Please arrive with proper tools and equipment to move the tractor. No loading support is available. No loading dock is available. No material handling equipment is available - i.e. forklift. Unit is sold as is where is. The unit does not start / run.
