Auction Payment and Pickup Instructions Immediately after the auction closes, the winning bidder will receive an email from Public Surplus with the total amount due and payment instructions. All payments must be made through the Public Surplus website. Payments are securely processed by PayMac on behalf of Jefferson Parish Schools. After payment has been confirmed, the winning bidder will receive a separate email from Jefferson Parish Schools on the following business day with detailed pickup instructions.
