This auction is for a Towallmark 30-quart commercial food mixer from Lakeview Academy, UT. Model B30B. This unit features a 1.1 kW motor (110V, single phase), three adjustable speeds, and a built-in timer for consistent mixing performance. Designed for commercial use in schools, bakeries, restaurants, and pizzerias. The unit was purchased new in February 2024 but was never put into service due to being larger than needed. It has been stored since purchase and shows little to no signs of use. Includes stainless steel mixing bowl, wire whisk, flat beater, and dough hook.
