Thermometers have a 304 stainless steel penetration stem. All models include a protective case with pocket clip and a battery. Thermometer has an 8 or 11.5 inch long SS stem, °>F/°>C switchable ranges, one-second display update in Celsius scale, and ten-second display update in Fahrenheit scale. Use on/off button to conserve battery life.
