Up for auction is a TRUE Fitness 750EA commercial total-body elliptical trainer, model TAE750, serial number 03-EA0734G. Based on the manufacturer's serial-number format, this unit was manufactured in July 2003. The TRUE 750EA is a commercial-grade, self-powered elliptical trainer designed to provide both upper- and lower-body exercise. The machine generates its operating power through pedaling and does not require an external electrical power cord or outlet for normal operation. Features include moving upper-body handlebars, grip heart-rate monitoring, handlebar-mounted controls, an electronic message-center/dot-matrix console, multiple workout programs, and 16 resistance levels. The console is designed to display workout information including time, distance, RPM, heart rate, resistance/work level, watts, METs, calories, and workout profile information. The elliptical is in used condition and shows cosmetic wear consistent with prior institutional use, including minor scuffs and scratches on the exterior housing. The photographs show the console, upper-body arms, stationary handgrip assembly, both pedal/foot platforms, rails, main covers, front stabilizer, and transport wheels present. Please note that the console display stays blank until a user begins pedaling at roughly 30 RPM or more, at which point it powers on.
