Two E-Bikes for Repair, Parts or Scrap

Two E-Bikes for Repair, Parts or Scrap Parts are likely missing....We do NOT have any charge cords, keys, or other accessories for these bikes....One appears to have a security chain attached. I know nothing about the history of these two bikes, or whether or not they will work if charged...Bicycles come into our department due to theft, or abandonment. Efforts are made to find the rightful owners; however, when those leads are exhausted and a reasonable amount of time has passed, the bicycles are up for disposal. We are selling these bikes as scrap metal; however, they may be repairable. Repair and use at your own risk.
