Two Trane Outdoor Units

Description

Two self-contained Trane HVAC units, SN 22411363JA and 22403282JA. Units were installed in May of 2023 and taken out of service the winter of 2025. All duct work is part of the auction. The units are located behind one of our Recreation Centers, there is a gravel access area to the units. Units must be lifted from the ground by a forklift or other ground loading machine. A Crane will not be allowed for loading because the center is open seven days a week, morning until evening. All duct work will be disconnected from the building prior to pick up.
