Condition: FAIR Workout equipment is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS , with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. The City makes no representation regarding the condition, functionality, or completeness of any item. Equipment may or may not be operational, and bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to placing a bid. The successful bidder is solely responsible for loading, removing, and transporting all purchased equipment. No assistance, equipment, or labor will be provided by City staff. All items must be picked up by the purchaser within the designated pickup timeframe. Failure to remove items by the specified deadline may result in forfeiture of the purchase without refund.
