Condition and History This pipe is used. It was temporarily installed in a slide area as part of a roadway-related application and was subsequently removed and placed into storage. The pipe is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty or guarantee as to its condition, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the pipe and evaluate its condition prior to bidding. Pickup and Removal The successful bidder is solely responsible for providing all labor, equipment, rigging, transportation, and any other resources necessary to safely load, haul, and remove the pipe from its current storage location. Storage Location: Tower Creek Pit Milepost 7.8, Upper Hoh Road Jefferson County, Washington Due to the pipe's approximate 14,000-lb. weight and 44-foot length, bidders should make appropriate arrangements for equipment capable of safely loading and transporting the pipe. Jefferson County will not provide loading or hauling equipment. The successful bidder is responsible for coordinating pickup and removal with Jefferson County and for all costs associated with transportation and removal.
