Overview (1) Van San 1700-40 speaker's podium. The podium is in used condition and features a walnut finish with built-in microphone capability. The unit measures 40"x30"x44" and includes storage compartments in the base. Key Features Walnut finish construction. Built-in microphone system with visible wiring connections. Storage compartments accessible through front panel doors. Slanted top surface for document placement. Internal equipment mounting space with metal brackets. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The top surface shows visible wear marks and scratches. Minor scuffs and wear marks are visible on the exterior wood surfaces. The microphone wiring is exposed and visible on the top surface. Original factory components may be altered, missing, or inoperable. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Appointment Requirements: Must provide 2 business day notice for intentions to retrieve property. VRTC will assign an appointment time Monday through Thursday between 8:00am EST to 3:00pm EST. No photos are permitted while on property. Punctuality: If you are not present at the agreed upon time (+/- 15 minutes) you will not be permitted on the property. Self-Service Removal: You are required to load your property without assistance from VRTC. No contact pickups are required to ensure staff safety.
