The electric van does not drive and needs repair. This is a low-speed vehicle designated by NHTSA with a maximum speed of 25MPH and is not for highway use. The electric van does not drive Vehicle comes with only one key. Driver and passenger seats are cloth material, worn. Rust is forming around the exterior of the vehicle. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
