The laptops are classified in usable condition. The hard drives have been sanitized. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items are loose and not palletized or boxed. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. This is a US Government site; REAL ID is required, and you must be a US citizen to gain access. Local pickup only. No packaging or shipping is available from this location without direct coordination/approval from the listed POC. You will need to bring your own method for packaging as items are not palletized or boxed. USCIS and its contractors shall not be responsible for any damages to vehicles or trailers during the pickup and loading of this equipment.
