Andy Devine Ave., Kingman, Arizona. If someone else will be picking up the vehicle on your behalf, an inked signed Authorization Letter from you is required with a copy of your valid picture ID. The Authorization Letter must specifically state the VIN or pallet number. Be sure to include, at minimum, the name and address of purchaser. The person picking up the vehicle must also have the receipt of payment and valid picture ID of BOTH the buyer and the authorized person, all paperwork including the title will be given to the pickup person. C. Once you have the Bill of Sale and or the Vehicle Title, you may pick up your vehicle at Motor Pool located at 3675 Andy Devine, Kingman, Arizona. No appointment is necessary for vehicle or other item pick up. D. The winner bidder must pick up all items in person or is responsible for making alternative arrangements for pick up. Mohave County does not ship or crate any items. Our staff cannot help load or move items. You must provide all labor and tools needed to load your items and vehicles.
