The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (2) VERIFEYE endoscope cameras, and (3) RUHOF ATP contamination monitoring systems. The equipment is classified in repairable condition. The items show signs of previous use and may require maintenance or repairs to restore full functionality. Specifications Make: VERIFEYE Model: VEYE101-103 Key Features Video inspection camera control unit designed for endoscopic applications. Includes STERIS endoscope cameras for visual inspection capabilities. RUHOF ATP contamination monitoring systems for detecting biological contamination. Multiple component system for comprehensive inspection and monitoring tasks. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All equipment was considered repairable upon turn in and is being sold without warranty. The items may require maintenance or component replacement to achieve operational status. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Items will be loaded up to the tailgate. Customer is responsible for all packaging and loading of equipment. Customer must pick up and remove all items from facility independently. Vehicle must be able to accommodate a standard loading dock only. Items must be picked up within 10 days of winning bid. The bidder must show proof of ID upon arrival. If party other than the winning bidder is picking up the items, the bidder must send a confirmation email to the designated individual or company prior to arrival to the distribution site.
