Full Description
Vermack digital message board. Item is currently in non-working condition. Comes with four siemens brand 75w solar panels mounted to the unit. Unit has older tires but they appear to have good treads with no weathering. Some rust holes in fenders. Appears to have all working stabilizer jacks though they are untested. Board does light up but that us the only testing that has been performed. Limited loading capabilities at our discretion. Purchase at your own risk.
