It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to verify the condition . The bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding, and to place your bid based solely on your personal inspection. All items not picked up within 5 business days after payment is made, will be declared abandoned and the items will be relisted. We will not offer extra time to pick up unless requested and agreed upon and no refunds will be provided to buyers who can t meet the timeframe to have their items picked up. PICK UP: Pick up time is Monday Friday 9 AM 3 PM ONLY. Buyer must pick up items including providing proper vehicles, equipment and manpower required to pick up and load items. You are expected to remove your own items . Buyer is expected to load your own items. If you cannot carry or lift, you will need to bring someone to help you.
