1 – The Paymaster System Series S-550 Mechanical Check Writer / Check Protector 1 – Vintage Hand-Operated Mechanical Adding Machine / Calculator Vintage Paymaster S-550 Check Writer / Mechanical Adding Machine – Lot of 2 Vintage office equipment lot featuring two classic manually operated machines. This lot includes a The Paymaster System Series S-550 Mechanical Check Writer / Check Protector and a vintage hand-operated mechanical adding machine/calculator. The Paymaster S-550 features a numeric keyboard, manual operating lever, amount-setting mechanism, and keyed security lock. The second machine features a full numeric keyboard, hand-operated crank, and CLEAR and REPEAT functions. Both pieces feature heavy-duty vintage construction and are suitable for collectors, vintage office equipment enthusiasts, restoration projects, or display. Item/s being sold AS IS WHERE IS. No repairs have been performed, and the unit has not been tested. Its internal components may be incomplete, damaged, or in unknown condition. Due to the overall item size, it is recommended that appropriate towing/hauling equipment be used when removing the item. Flatbed/Crane, Light Towers may be necessary. Removal of the item(s) is the sole responsibility of the Bidder/Buyer. The required insurance must be reviewed/approved by the Port Authority prior to item pick-up.
