The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The bed does not include any additional accessories. The mattress surface shows signs of use with visible wear patterns. The control panel and electrical components are present but functionality has not been verified. The bed frame appears structurally intact. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability.
