Removed from a nursing home kitchen and was working when removed. Approximately 1 year old. Unit is in good overall condition with normal cosmetic wear. The front pressure relief valve is missing and will need to be replaced before being put back into service. Sold as-is. This 40-gallon gas steam kettle is built for high-volume cooking in commercial kitchens. It features a durable stainless steel exterior, a fully insulated steam jacket, and an easy-to-clean rounded interior with gallon and liter markings. The adjustable temperature control provides warm, simmer, and boil settings, while the high-efficiency 100,000 BTU power burner delivers fast, even heating. Safety features include automatic low-water shutoff, flame-failure protection, a pressure relief valve, and a pressure gauge. The kettle also includes a spring-assisted hinged cover, sturdy stainless steel legs with flanged feet, and a 6-foot grounded power cord. It is NSF, UL, CSA, and ASME certified.
