The detector does not power on when plugged in and requires repairs to function. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The unit will not power on when plugged in. The control panel and display are present but non-functional. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
