Condition: FAIR WEIGHTLIFTING POWER RACK Equipment is sold 'As Is, Where Is' with no warranties, expressed or implied, as to its condition or fitness for any purpose and must be picked up at its current location. The buyer is solely responsible for all loading, towing, and transportation. City of Albuquerque staff and equipment are not available to assist with removal. NO PRE-SALE INSPECTIONS : Equipment is being sold without the option for on-site inspection. Potential bidders must rely solely on the provided photographs and description. REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS : Winning bidder must remove the Equipment within 10 days of payment. The vehicle/equipment must be towed or hauled away at the buyer's expense; driving the vehicle/equipment off the lot is at the buyer's own risk.
