Full Description

This lot contains (Apprx.18 EA) Welch Allyn Connex Vital Signs Monitors. The units are classified in repairable condition. The monitors are designed to track cardiac activity using 3- or 5-lead ECG monitoring, measure pulse oximetry, non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP), temperature, end-tidal CO2 (EtCo2), and respiration. Based on the images provided, the units appear to be mounted on mobile carts with wheels for portability. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. NEW POLICY: You MUST be a U.S. Citizen to bid on the following properties: electronics, laboratory equipment, and medical equipment. Key Features Digital display screen for monitoring vital signs data. Mobile cart design with wheeled base for easy transport. Multiple monitoring capabilities including ECG, pulse oximetry, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration measurements. Storage compartments integrated into the cart design. Adjustable height positioning system. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All units are transferred in "As Is" condition with no attachments or accessories included. The units visible in the images show white and blue coloring with Welch Allyn branding. Individual unit conditions may vary within the lot of 18 monitors. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The gaining entity is responsible for coordination, shipping costs, and removal of all property from the exact location where it is situated.
