Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION For sale a lot of metal cabinets and 2 desks. For questions concerning the above item, to schedule an appointment to view the item, or to pick up purchased item, please call Mark Richardson @ 216-396-7464 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Items are sold 'as is, where is.' We strive to provide the most accurate descriptions, yet we urge buyers to inspect items in person. Items were operational when stored, unless specified otherwise. Winning bidders have five days to make payment, and must remove items within five days after payment. Failure to comply may result in storage fees until the item is picked up. Buyers are responsible for removing all purchased items from the premises. The seller reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time and to accept or reject any bids. The buyer must remove anything affixed to the wall, floor, etc. Buyer must supply all personnel for removing said items. The school will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. All items must be removed from the room, and loaded on the truck by the buyer. There are NO forklifts or loading docks at this location. Some equipment is extremely Heavy, and will require special equipment, which will be supplied by the buyer. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING, SHIPPING, OR OTHERWISE OF ANY ITEMS SOLD. THE SCHOOL SUPPLIES NO TOOLS, OR ASSISTANCE IN REMOVAL OF ITEMS. PROPER EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED FOR REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS, I.E. TRUCKS, TRAILERS, VANS, NOT VW'S OR FIATS. NOTICE !!! Items not paid for within 5 calendar days will be passed to the next highest bidder with the winner forfeiting their right to the item. NO EXCEPTIONS. NOTICE !!!
