Condition: GOOD SOLD AS IS VIEWING AND/OR PICKING UP ITEMS IS ALLOWED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE. DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMODATE YOU. The winning bidder will be responsible for picking up won auction items in person. We will not allow anyone other than the winning bidder to pick up the won auction without prior notice and documentation from winning bidder. Proof of payment and a copy of your identification will be required at the time auction items are picked up. All property is offered for sale As-Is, Where-Is. Items may have defects that are not immediately detectable or declared. Refer to Terms & Conditions for Guarantee Waiver. Questions regarding auctions will be answered Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm Answers will be posted on the Public Surplus website. Review the complete Agency Online Sales Terms and Conditions as posted on the Public Surplus website before placing a bid on auction items. *WE DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS* Payments Payments will be made directly through the Public Surplus website. All payments will be verified and cleared before the items can be released. We do not allow same day pick up as payment at the time of pick up. Upon receipt of payment, winning bidder will be notified by email. VIEWING AND/OR PICKING UP ITEMS IS ALLOWED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE. Pick up days are Monday through Thursday, 8am to 3pm, excluding holidays. Winning bidder must provide Notice of Award, Paid Receipt, and photo identification. No property may be removed by the Buyer prior to making full payment. Buyer is responsible for loading items. Assistance will not be available. Prepare to have people or equipment with you to load items. If you would like someone else to pick up your auction item, the following is required before an appointment will be scheduled and before item will be released. Letter or email sent by winning bidder to the Town Of Prescott Valley naming an authorized representative to pick up the auction item. Email must be sent from the winning bidder's email address used for the auction. Winning bidder's photo identification. Photo identification of the authorized person.
