Lot contains (1) pintle hitch dolly designed to move and assist the mounting of wing plows on dump trucks. The front tire is flat, and the back tires are most likely dry rot. This unit has been stored outside for a long time, there will be no assistance loading. The operational condition of this item has not been verified.
