If you bring a low trailer with ramps or a lift gate, our maintenance department can assist with pallet jacks. We will need at least 24 hours notice for scheduling pick up so we can coordinate with maintenance. Each facility utilizes the Raptor® Visitor Management System, which screens against the national sex offender registry for every visitor based on first name, last name and date of birth. If the system alerts the school of a possible match, you will not be given access to the building or your items. Property must be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of the close of the auction. Buildings are open Monday - Friday only, excluding holidays, and hours vary by location.
