Condition: Poor This lot consists of one (1) wooden armoire. The armoire has been rated as being in poor condition due primarily to a significant crack in the right side support panel. The crack extends approximately one-third of the height of the panel and may affect the structural integrity of the unit. Prospective bidders should carefully review the photographs and evaluate the condition prior to bidding. In addition to the damaged side panel, the armoire exhibits cosmetic wear consistent with prior use, including scratches and scuffs throughout the exterior surfaces. Screw holes are also present on the interior side panels of the main storage compartment, indicating that doors were previously installed. Those doors are no longer present and are not included with this lot. The armoire features two (2) lower storage drawers and one (1) large upper storage compartment equipped with a metal hanging rod suitable for clothing or similar items. The side panels and drawer fronts appear to be constructed of solid oak. The remainder of the cabinet appears to be fabricated from a different wood-based material, although the exact material composition has not been independently verified.
