No shipping : San Juan County does not ship items, nor do they allow outside shipping services. No third-party pickup : The buyer must pick up the item personally. No exceptions . Default and Re-auction If an item is not paid for within 5 days , the buyer will be defaulted , and the auction will be offered to the next highest bidder if available. No refunds will be given on auction or Bid Deposits . Pickup Responsibilities Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor and materials to remove items.
