Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) wooden desk topper/storage hutch. The unit has been rated as being in fair condition due to evidence of prior use and cosmetic wear. Observed wear includes scratches, areas of discoloration, and localized peeling of the outer plywood surface. Despite these cosmetic imperfections, the unit appears to remain structurally sound based on visual inspection. The manufacturer and model of this desk topper are unknown. Based on its construction, the unit appears to be primarily fabricated from plywood. This observation has not been independently verified. The topper features two (2) enclosed storage compartments. Each compartment is equipped with two (2) hinged access doors and one (1) adjustable shelf, providing organized storage space.
