Buyers accept items in their existing condition without modifications. Payment for awarded items must be received within 5 business days of the auction close date. Items must be picked up within 5 business days from the payment date. Appointments are required for pickup and can be scheduled by phone or email between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., excluding the noon lunch hour. Please bring all necessary tools and manpower to pick up and load purchased items. If a third party will be picking up your items, please ensure they adhere to these terms and conditions. Small items can be shipped upon request. The buyer is responsible for providing a prepaid shipping label. Please include your name and Public Surplus Auction number in your email. Refunds will be considered upon request by email. Include your name, Public Surplus Auction number and the reason for the refund in your email.
