Condition: Fair This lot is for one wooden storage shed with one additional roof segment. The lot has been rated as being in fair condition due to previous use and visible wear. The shed is structurally sound and stable but has areas of peeling paint and splintering wood. The primary shed features a sheet metal roof, plywood side and back panels, plywood interior flooring, and a solid wood frame, supports, and base. Features include double entry doors with heavy-duty hinges, one door handle on each door, an eye for a lock on the right door, an installed plywood shelf, and a sloped roof design. The left door does not have a latch installed, so the buyer will need to provide one to complete the locking mechanism. An additional roof segment is included with the lot. The buyer may determine its intended use; one potential application would be attaching it to the rear of the shed to create an additional covered storage area. The segment is constructed of solid wood and features a sheet metal roof with a sloped design. The additional roof segment measures approximately 16.25 inches high at its tallest point, 96 inches wide, and 37.25 inches deep. The roof overhangs approximately 1.25 inches on the left, 1 inch on the right, and 1 inch on the front, with no overhang on the back. Primary shed exterior dimensions are approximately 104 inches high at the tallest point, 97.25 inches wide, and 48.5 inches deep. The roof overhang varies, measuring approximately 8.5 inches on the left, 5.5 inches on the right, and 3.25 inches on the front. Interior dimensions are approximately 96.5 inches high at the tallest point, 95.75 inches wide, and 48 inches deep. Interior width and depth measurements were taken between the interior walls and do not include space occupied by support beams. The included wooden shelf measures approximately 38.25 inches wide by 17.25 inches deep.
