Condition: UNKNOWN Overall Working condition is UNKNOWN and NOT GUARANTEED. The city does not test or inspect the items prior to auction or the working condition of the item or any of its parts. No guarantee of the value of any item or the functionality. It is not our intention to omit or misrepresent any of our auction items. All items are sold AS IS. This does not mean that the item doesn t work, only that we have not tested or checked it out. We strongly encourage buyers to place their bids based on their own judgement. The item can be viewed in person by appointment only. Please see below for details on viewing hours. Please refer to pictures for overall cosmetic condition. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to verify the condition. The bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the item prior to bidding, and to place your bid based solely on your personal inspection. ITEMS SOLD As Is Where As; with no warranty or guarantees. All sales are final & payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auctions. Item(s) NOT paid with the 5 days will be in default and buyer will be block from future auctions. VIEWING Buyers may view auction items Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM 4:00 PM by appointment. PICK UP: After paying for your auction, it is required for you to make an appointment to pick up your item(s). PICK UP LOACTION AND TIMES: 16000 Civic Center Plaza, Surprise, AZ. 85374, Monday Friday 9 AM 4 PM Buyer must pick up items including providing proper vehicles, equipment and manpower required to pick up and load items. Buyer is expected to load and remove your own items. The city is unable to assist with pickup or loading in any way and will not lend personnel or equipment to help. All items NOT picked up within 5 business days after payment is made, will be declared abandoned and the items will be relisted.
