Overview This lot contains (49) workstations. The workstations are modular office furniture systems that include various panels, work surfaces, and overhead components. Each workstation is configured with 42" wedge components and includes a combination of different sized panels and work surfaces. Key Features Modular panel system design allows for flexible workspace configurations. Each workstation includes a 42" wedge component as the primary structural element. Work surfaces are available in 3' and 5' lengths to accommodate different workspace needs. Panel heights range from 30" to 64" providing various privacy levels. Overhead storage components are included with select workstations. Electrical channels are integrated into the panel system for power and data routing. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The workstations show typical office wear from previous use. Some panels display minor scuffs and surface wear consistent with office environment usage. Work surfaces show signs of previous use including minor scratches and wear marks. Product labels and UL certification markings are visible on electrical components. Manufacturing labels indicate the panels are certified for electrical safety to CSA standard C22.2. Recipients are responsible for disassembling the workstations prior to removal. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Items will be available beginning September 2nd through October 30th between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Items are located at 1250 Edwin Miller Blvd; Martinsburg, WV 25404. Recipients will need to provide their own moving equipment, transportation, and labor.
