The seat cover is missing. The battery is dead or missing. The vehicle exhibits body damage, rust, and minor dents. There are electrical problems present. Animals have chewed the wires while the vehicle sat outside in a pasture. Transmission repair is required. The vehicle needs to be towed or trailered. Visual blemishes are present throughout. The ATV will not start. Vehicle Documentation NOTE: SF 97 will NOT be issued. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
