Staff may not be onsite outside these hours for assistance. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment . If the items have not been picked up after ten business days with no attempt to contact the seller or removal by the date agreed by seller, they will be re-posted to the auction and no refund will be given. We understand that there are certain circumstances which make it difficult for buyers to pick up items, however if the buyer maintains communication with Wyoming Surplus Property and makes alternate arrangements (M-F (excluding State holidays), 8 a.m.-5 p.m.), leniency may be granted. The notice of award, the payment receipt and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up. Third Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License). We are not responsible for 3 rd party couriers, fees, fines, and shipping costs. PLEASE BRING ANY LOADING/MOVING EQUIPMENT YOU DEEM NECESSARY AS NONE IS AVAILABLE.
