North American Bidders Only. For Auction is a Zeiss Axiovert 10 Inverted Microscope. The Zeiss Axiovert 10 is a classic, highly regarded inverted research microscope manufactured by Carl Zeiss. Introduced primarily in the 1990s as part of the broader Axiovert series, it is engineered for biological laboratories and materials research. Because of its inverted layout, it is heavily used for inspecting living cell cultures directly inside Petri dishes, flasks, and microtiter plates.  Core Technical Specifications Optical System: Features the premier Infinity Color-corrected System (ICS) for distortion-free, modular microscopy paths. Illumination: Equipped with a 6V/20W halogen light source for stable transmitted light. Nosepiece: Revolving 5-position objective nosepiece. Eyepieces: Standard Pl 10x/20 or Pl 10x/18 widefield viewing optics. Focus: Coaxial manual coarse and fine mechanical adjustments. The Microscope has not been tested.
