Zenith 9000 APS (Advanced Positioning System) is an institutional-use electric medical and long-term care bed manufactured by Basic American Medical Products (a Graham-Field brand). Key Specifications & Features Safe Working Load: 600 lbs. Height Travel Range: 7 inches to 30 inches (straight vertical rise to protect walls). Mattress Deck Size: 35 inches wide; adjustable length of 76 inches or 80 inches (overall length 81.75" / 85.75"). Maximum Angles: Back angle up to 70° (chair position up to 84°), knee angle up to 30°. Special Positioning (APS): One-button or specialized controls for Full and Reverse Trendelenburg (0° to 14°), Cardiac Chair, and Auto CPR. Mobility & Safety: 360° mobility at any height, a two-pedal central locking/steering system, SilverSolutions antimicrobial powder-coating, and splash-proof electronics. Compliance: Conforms to UL 60601-1, IEC601-2-38, and CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 601.1 This bed was used in a Health Science class and remains in good shape and is working order. This model has been discontinued by the manufacture but, if ever needed, replacement parts are still available from Graham-Field.
